We support Free Return/Refund Within 15 Days as long as the hair is in its original state. Customized wigs or weaves cannot be returned.

If you want to return or exchange your original purchase, please contact us within 15 days from the date when you receive the package.

About Shipping Fee: We will pay for the return shipping based on a quality problem with the product or the wrong items sent. Customers need to provide photos to prove that it was the wrong product or the dispute the quality of the product. For artificial reasons, such as color change or styling,  customers will need to pay the shipping fee.

Shipping Method: We highly recommend customers ship the package by using courier services such as USPS/Royal Mail/Australia Post, etc. These are affordable and one can avoid unnecessary tariffs.

Regarding the refund: After we have received the package, our warehouse staff will need to check the hair quality. If everything is ok, our customer service will process your refund within 3 working days. Kindly bear in mind, that your bank will still need time to process the refund before you receive the money. We will also keep you updated about the whole process.
