Can I dye my hair? What should I pay attention to?
Our hair can also be dyed darker, but you need to dye your hair professionally. It is best to have your hairstylist help you with this. Because human hair loses nutrients after leaving the body, it easily dries out. Please do not dye your hair or re-style at will, otherwise, it will seriously damage your hair.
Why does my hair loosen after washing?
Wavy/curly hair is made using steam without any chemicals, so the texture will be loosened after use. Please understand us, we do this to keep the hair alive for a longer period.
Why do gray halos appear in the hair strands?
Virgin undyed hair will have some gray hair. This is normal and not a quality problem. We usually collect hair carefully during the production process, but we cannot guarantee 100% hair without gray or split ends, you can pick it out by yourself. Thank you very much for your understanding.
