Its soft very nice curls a lot of people are saying the hair doesnt shed but come on even your real hair sheds, with that being said the hair sheds but thats to be expected with this texture of hair. You must twist or braid the hair at night if not YOU WILL HAVE MATTED HAIR and thats definitely not the suppliers issue its yours.
